Bushings & Bolts

Anchor Bushings, Joining Bushings, B1 and B2 Bolts are all needed for securing the FFM to the runway.

Anchor Bushings: Steel bushing, plated. Bushing for Anchor Bolts to anchor FFM's to runway.

One kit is three (3) steel containers. Each container weighs approx 15 kg. One bushing required for each of the 54 Anchor Bolts to anchor one FFM used alone or two joined FFM's. Recommend one kit per Operational or Training Mat Assembly. Total included is 83 bushings per kit to provide 8 extra replacement bushings as reserve.

Upper Joining Bushings: Steel bushing, plated, with bolt installed.

Installs through FFM edge-hole into fixed Lower Joining Busing of Joining Panel when joining two mats.

One kit is two (2) steel containers with 54 Upper Joining Bushings in each for a total of 108 bushings. Each container weighs approx 45 kg. Recommend one kit per Operational or Training Mat Assembly.

B1 Anchor Bolts: Anchor Bolts used for installing FFM to concrete surface.

Concrete rock bolt, 5 to 6 inches X 3/4 inch. One kit is twelve steel containers with 30 bolts in each for a total of 360 bolts. Each container weighs approx 9 kg. Recommend one kit per Operational or Training Mat Assembly.

B2 Anchor Bolts: Anchor Bolts used for installing FFM to asphalt surface.

Concrete rock bolt, 9 1/2 to 10 1/2 inches X 3/4 inch. One kit is twelve steel containers with 30 bolts in each for total of 360 bolts. Each container weighs approx 20 kg. Recommend one kit per Operational or Training Mat Assembly.
